ACTIVE MEMBER (VOTING)
Active members shall be manufacturers of confectionery products [such as chocolate type confectionery products (solid; solid with inclusions; enrobed or moulded with bakery product, candy, nut, fruit or granola or other center; panned; assortments; etc,), non-chocolate type confectionery (hard candy; chewy candy; soft candy; panned or candy coated nuts; fruits; etc.; medicated hard candy; etc.) chewing gum and bubble gum] who pay the dues assessed by the corporation and who are accepted into membership.
Annual dues for such membership are:
A) For a single location within the USA $300
B) For a single location outside the USA US $350
C) For a multi-location company:
For each location listed in Membership Directory $300 (USA)/$350 (outside USA)
OR
Four or more locations - maximum dues $1200 (USA) $1,400 (outside USA)
ASSOCIATE MEMBER (NON-VOTING)
Associate members shall be those companies who are closely allied with the manufacture of confectionery products such as suppliers of ingredients, services, machinery or equipment, who pay the dues assessed by the corporation and who are accepted into membership, and who qualify under the policies adopted from time to time, by the board of directors.
Annual Dues for this type of membership are as follows: A) For a single location within the USA $ 250 B) For a single location outside the USA $ 275 D) For a multi-location company: For each location listed in Membership Directory $250(USA)/$275(outside USA) or Four or more Locations-Maximum Dues $1,000(USA)/$1,100(outside USA)
Annual Dues for such membership are:
A) For a single location company located within the USA, $300
B) For a single location outside the USA, $350
C) For a multi-location company:
For each location listed in Membership Directory $300 (USA) $350 (outside USA)
OR
Four or more Locations-Maximum Dues $1,200(USA) $1,400 (outside USA)
RETIRED MEMBER
Retired members shall be individuals who represented a previous membership and wish to remain active in the organization. Annual dues are currently not assessed.
ASSOCIATION MEMBER
Association members shall be those organized associations or nonprofit corporations in the industry or a closely allied industry that actively conduct business for the good of the industry as a whole and the purpose of which is similar to the purposes of this Corporation. Annual dues are currently not assessed.
Annual dues cover a twelve-month period commencing July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year. Dues assessments for the following fiscal year are determined each year in late spring.
