Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I am interested in short courses in the United Kingdom or in Europe.
A. While PMCA is an international organization, it does not yet offer courses outside the United States. If you are interested in

Q. I am interested in employment opportunities in the confectionery and related industries. Does PMCA post job openings within these industries?
A. While no such vehicle currently exists, PMCA hopes to implement a Career Center on its web site in the future. The staff will then see if they have any possible matches on file from employers or recruiters looking for candidates.
Q: I own a candy shop and am buying chocolates from overseas. We’d like to make our own chocolates in-house. I am looking for someone to guide me through the process from what equipment I need, where to get it, how to set the operation up – basically what it takes & what it will cost. Can you put me in touch with consultants who can help me with this?
A: PMCA does not currently have a comprehensive list; however, we would like to include a list of industry consultants, listed by area of expertise, as part of the Resources page on this web site.
