Centennial Celebration Gala Event

                                                                      

In October 2007, the PMCA Centennial Celebration Gala took place at the Hotel Hershey. This black tie optional event included music and dancing as well as an exhibition of confectionery sculpting by professional artisans. The Gala also coincided with the publication of the PMCA History book, a commemorative publication covering the history of PMCA that includes historical contributions from PMCA members. The editor of PMCA's History Book, Beth Kimmerle, was also at the event signing books purchased by attendees.
