Without the continuous efforts and commitment of individuals from PMCA member companies, the Association would not have endured and gained the momentum that it has over the past 100 years.
Dedicated volunteers formed committees which have evolved to arrive at the heart of the Associations mission; to promote the long term success of the confectionery industry by providing interactive forums for the free exchange of information, promoting and directing basic and applied scientific research, and educating and training current and future confectionery technical personnel worldwide.
Many volunteers have put forth years of hard work and determination to help bring PMCA to where it stands today and what better way to honor those individuals than during the Centennial Year!
PMCA recognized several individuals that have made exceptional contributions to the Association at the Monday evening dinner, during the 2007 Annual Production Conference event.
