Monday Morning Back to Basics speakers presented on the topic of                          PMCA debut their first History Book during the conference               Technology and Manufacture of Sugar Free Confections                               entitled Sweet Times: 100 Years of Making Confections Better and                                                                                                                                             the books were also on sale at the Hershey Lodge, The Hotel                                                                                                                                                      Hershey and Hershey Park for the general public.

The 2008 Supplier Exhibit was again a bit hit with 183 Exhibitors and many attendees walking the floor.
