PMCA's Technical Production Conference is its "Signature Event", providing an open forum for
the exchange of technical information. Candy manufacturers and suppliers meet with the goal to
continually improve the efficient production of quality chocolate and confectionery. The technical
session focus on new ingredients, processing technologies and equipment as well as exploring current
industry issues. The conference also features a comprehensive half-day supplier exhibition that
complements the technical nature of the program sessions and features the latest ingredients and
technology.
