l Be aware that if your departure plans change, Hershey Lodge charges an 'early departure fee' of $50 for check-out prior to
your scheduled departure date.
l Be aware of the normal high hotel mark-up charge for long distance calls made from your hotel room. We recommend you
access your regular long distance carrier or use a pre-paid calling card or your cell phone.

NOTE: If you are staying at The Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, transportation from/to Harrisburg International Airport and Harrisburg Train Station is available by prior arrangement only. A fee is charged. Phone Hershey Lodge at 717- 533-3131 with your carrier information, flight numbers, and times; or book through the hotel reservation form. Please download, complete & fax the hotel reservation form to Hershey Lodge & Convention Center. Please do not send hotel reservation forms to PMCA.
