PMCA’s 66th Annual Production Conference will be held at the Lancaster County Convention Center, Lancaster, Pennsylvania from April 30 - May 2, 2012. All members are invited to exhibit on Monday afternoon, April 30, 2012. We expect to be able to accommodate all companies who want to participate, however, as always, we will supply booths on a first come, first served, basis. Please read this document through, item by item, so that you are aware of all deadlines and conference registration policies, and keep it for future reference.
Each year the Production Conference Committee makes every effort to make participation in the Supplier Exhibit as affordable as possible, and to offer a first‑rate, completely carpeted exhibit hall.

|
All Electrical and Wireless Internet Services will be taken care of by the Lancaster County Convention Center. Please check your Exhibitor Confirmation Packets for more information on how to order these services. |
3. Booth Assignments:
Companies who have exhibited in prior years will be given prime locations wherever possible. All booth locations are excellent with spacious aisles and all locations should experience good traffic. Booth locations are also assigned to avoid proximity of direct competitors.
We will make every attempt to honor requests from companies to be located next to another specific exhibitor. Please note any wishes for adjoining locations on the Booth Reservation Form.
A list of exhibiting companies will appear in the printed program that will be mailed out in mid January 2012. In early December, we will send Press Releases to the industry trade journals with descriptions of the exhibits received to date, and we will post the list of exhibitors on our web site with ‘hot links’ to exhibitor web pages where available. We encourage you to reserve your booth by Friday, December 9, 2011, so that you maximize the benefits to you in this pre-conference publicity. We cannot guarantee that booth reservations received after December 9, 2011 will be included in the pre-conference publicity, appear in the printed program, or appear on our web page.
4. Exhibit Booth Reservation: To reserve a booth: Complete the “Exhibit Booth Reservation Form” and enclose payment for:
a. the booth ($390)
b. one Full Production Conference Registration*($325)
Send the completed form and payment by December 9, 2011 to the PMCA Office, to be guaranteed pre-conference publicity listings. Payment should be made by check (U.S. funds on U.S. or Canadian bank) or by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
*At the same time that you reserve a booth, one person from your company must also register for the 665th Production Conference with a Full Registration of $325. A completed Conference Registration form and payment for this registrationmust accompany the Booth Reservation form. A substitute for the registered person may be named at any time. Additional personnel from your company can register at a later date.
5. Exhibit Size: The intended emphasis of the exhibits is technology awareness. We must limit the size of equipment to be exhibited to no more than 500 lbs. in weight, or three cubic yards in size, whichever is lesser. Rule of thumb is, if you cannot carry it in, it is probably too large. In addition, while visual presentations are encouraged, no sound equipment may be used at a level that may detract from neighboring exhibits. If your booth display is very wide and/or tall, and would hinder visual traffic of neighboring booths, we reserve the right to re-locate your booth during set-up time.
6. Conference Registration: There are no ‘free’ registrations for booth personnel. All persons manning the booth must purchase either a Full Conference Registration ($325) or a “Monday Only” Registration ($155). All exhibiting companies must have at least one Full Registration purchased at the time of the Booth Reservation itself. (See Point #4.) Additional booth personnel can register after receipt of the printed program and registration packet in late January 2012. Substitutes may be named at any time.
7. Cancellations: Booth cancellations received before March 5, 2012 will be refundable, less $50. No refunds for booth cancellations will be granted after March 5, 2012.
